Terms of Service

Coulisse Ventures ("Coulisse," "we," "our," or "us") provides event ticketing systems and services. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our platform and services.

By accessing or using our services—including creating an account, purchasing tickets, or otherwise interacting with our platform—you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Coulisse provides event ticketing systems and related services that enable event organizers to sell tickets and manage events, and enable attendees to purchase tickets and access events.

To access certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Payment Processing. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

Authorization to Charge. By providing a payment method and completing a purchase or creating an account that involves payment functionality, you expressly authorize Coulisse and our payment processor (Stripe) to:

• Charge the payment method you provide for the amount of your purchase, including any applicable fees
• Store a tokenized version of your payment method for processing transactions
• Process refunds to your original payment method when applicable

Payment Method Tokens. When you provide payment information, we may store a secure token representing your payment method. This token allows us to process authorized transactions without storing your actual card number. By using our services, you consent to this tokenization and storage for the purpose of facilitating payments.

Recurring or Future Payments. If you use features that involve recurring payments or authorize future charges (such as for subscriptions or event organizer payouts), you authorize us to charge your stored payment method for such amounts until you revoke this authorization by contacting us or updating your payment settings.

Payment processing fees are charged by Stripe and vary by country and payment method. See stripe.com/pricing for details.

When you purchase tickets through our platform:

• You are entering into a transaction with the event organizer, with Coulisse acting as the ticketing service provider
• You authorize the charge to your payment method for the ticket price plus any applicable fees
• You agree to comply with any terms set by the event organizer
• Tickets are subject to availability and may be limited in quantity

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Resell tickets in violation of applicable laws or event organizer policies
• Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services
• Use automated systems to access our services without permission
• Provide false or misleading information

Our services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Coulisse Ventures and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coulisse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be governed by Dutch law. Users in the EU have the right to submit complaints through the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of these Terms and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
